AMC0x00R-Q1 Automotive Isolated Amplifier

Texas Instruments AMC0x00R-Q1 Automotive Isolated Amplifier is a precision, galvanically isolated amplifier with a ±250mV, differential input and single-ended, ratiometric output. The isolation barrier separates parts of the system operating at different common-mode voltage levels and is highly resistant to magnetic interference. This barrier is certified to provide reinforced isolation up to 5kV_RMS (DWV package) and basic isolation up to 3kV_RMS (D package) (60s). The AMC0x00R-Q1 isolated amplifier operates with 3V to 5.5V for the high-side (V_DD1) and 3V to 5.5V for the low-side (V_DD2) input voltage range. This automotive isolated amplifier is available in 8-pin wide- and narrow-body SOIC packages and is fully specified over the temperature range from -40°C to 125°C. The AMC0x00R-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. Typical applications include traction inverters, onboard chargers, and DC/DC converters.
