Ultra-Small ADC: ADS1013 / ADS1014 / ADS1015

Texas Instruments ADS1013, ADS1014, and ADS1015 ultra-small, low-power 12-bit analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) feature a 2mm X 1.5mm X 0.4mm QFN package and a wide supply range of 2.0V to 5.5V. The TI ADS1013 / ADS1014 / ADS1015 ADCs are designed with precision, power, and ease of implementation in mind and feature an onboard reference and oscillator. These TI ADCs provide low current consumption of only 150µA in continuous mode and single-shot mode that powers down automatically after a conversion. The ADS1013, ADS1014, and ADS1015 are designed for use in portable instrumentation, consumer goods, battery monitoring, temperature measurement, and factory automation and process controls.

ADS101x/ADS101x-Q1 Low-Power 12-Bit ADCs

Texas Instruments ADS101x/ADS101x-Q1 Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs) are precision, low-power, 12-bit, I2C-compatible, analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) offered in a VSSOP-10 package. The ADS101x/ADS101x-Q1 devices incorporate a low-drift voltage reference and an oscillator. The ADS1014/ADS1014-Q1 and ADS1015/ADS1015-Q1 also include a programmable gain amplifier (PGA) and a digital comparator. These features, along with a wide operating supply range, make the ADS101x/ADS101x-Q1 well-suited for power- and space-constrained sensor measurement applications. The ADS101x/ADS101x-Q1 performs conversions at data rates up to 3300 samples per second (SPS). The PGA offers input ranges from ±256mV to ±6.144V, allowing precise large and small-signal measurements. The ADS1015/ADS1015-Q1 features an input multiplexer (MUX) that allows two differential or four single-ended input measurements. The digital comparator in the ADS1014/ADS1014-Q1 and ADS1015/ADS1015-Q1 will be used for under- and overvoltage detection. The ADS101x-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
