ADC366x Dual Channel Analog-to-Digital Converters

Texas Instruments ADC366x Dual Channel Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs) are low-noise, ultra-low power, 16-bit or 14-bit, 10MSPS to 125MSPS, high-speed, dual-channel ADCs. These devices are designed for low noise performance and deliver a noise spectral density of –158dBFS/Hz (ADC3661, ADC3662, ADC3663, ADC3664) or -159dBFS/Hz (ADC3660) combined with excellent linearity and dynamic range. The ADC366x offers good DC precision and IF sampling support making these devices suitable for various applications. High-speed control loops benefit from the short latency, as low as only one clock cycle. The ADC consumes only 71mW/ch (ADC3660) or 94mW/ch (ADC3661, ADC3662, ADC3663, ADC3664) at 65MSPS, and power consumption that scales well with lower sampling rates.
