Digital Phosphor Oscilloscopes

Tektronix Digital Phosphor Oscilloscopes deliver the performance and tools to visualize signals and find answers quickly. It provides bandwidth from 100MHz to 200MHz, two to four channels, 1M points of usable record length, 5000wfms waveform capture rate, and a 7" display. DPO2000 Oscilloscopes feature a serial trigger and decode analysis options and a variable low-pass filter that also allows designers to see signal details to the full bandwidth. MSO2000 Oscilloscopes adds 16 integrated digital channels, enabling users to visualize and time correlate analog and digital signals on a single instrument. This integration extends triggering functionality across all 20 channels - which is ideal for debugging mixed signals.

MSO/DPO2000B Series Oscilloscopes

Tektronix MSO/DPO2000B Oscilloscopes meet the performance, flexibility, and affordability needs of more designers.  In addition to 100MHz and 200MHz models, both DPO and MSO oscilloscopes include 70MHz models for very basic, low speed signal visualization. All three bandwidth models offer 2-channel and 4-channel versions. MSO/DPO2000B oscilloscopes provide the same feature-rich tools offered with the 2000 series, such as advanced low-speed serial trigger and bus decode, 16 digital channels (MSO), most advanced trigger system, longer memory, and WaveInspector® controls. Tektronix MSO/DPO2000B Oscilloscopes deliver the performance and tools you need to visualize your signals and find answers quickly. It provides bandwidth from 70-200MHz, two to four channels, 1M points of usable record length, 5,000 wfm's waveform capture rate, and a 7-inch display. The MSO/DPO2000B Oscilloscope series features FilterVu™ variable low-pass filter that also allows you to see signal details to the full bandwidth. Serial triggering tools include automated serial triggering, decode, and search for I2C, SPI, CAN, LIN, and RS-232/422/485/UART.

TBS2000 Digital Storage Oscilloscopes

Tektronix TBS2000 Digital Storage Oscilloscopes offer a 9-inch WVGA display, 20 million point record length, and 1GS/s sample rate. TBS2000 Oscilloscopes capture and display significantly more signal to speed up evaluations of designs. On-waveform cursor readouts and 32 automated measurements allow users to easily and confidently analyze signals. The TekVPI® probe interface works with traditional BNC connections, while also enabling wide application coverage with active voltage probes and current probes.

TBS2000B Digital-Storage Oscilloscopes

Tektronix TBS2000B Digital-Storage Oscilloscopes capture and display significantly more signals than previous oscilloscope designs to help users debug and validate their applications faster. These models feature a 228.6mm (9") WVGA display, 5M-point record length, and 2GS/s sample rate. Tektronix TBS2000B Digital-Storage Oscilloscopes enable users to easily and confidently analyze their signals with on-waveform cursor readouts and 32 automated measurements. The readouts and measurements include informative tips. The TekVPI® probe interface supports traditional passive BNC probes, while also enabling wide application coverage with the latest active-voltage probes and current probes.
