TSD 400V to 600V ESD Capability Rectifiers

Taiwan Semiconductor TSD 400V to 600V ESD Capability Rectifiers deliver high ESD capability and low forward voltage drop with a glass passivated chip junction. The TSD rectifiers are ideal for automated placement. With operation up to +175°, the TSD components offer a 0.72V to 0.96V typical forward voltage range and a 1A to 3A forward current range. Applications include general-purpose and polarity protection.
