S1xALH Surface Mount Rectifiers

Taiwan Semiconductor S1xALH Surface-Mount Rectifiers feature 1A and 200V to 1000V ratings with a glass passivated junction chip. These rectifiers come in a low-profile package and are ideal for automated placement. The Taiwan Semiconductor S1xALH rectifiers are AEC-Q101 qualified and incorporate matte tin-plated lead terminals that are solderable as per the J-STD-002 standards. Typical applications include automotive, freewheeling, snubber, and DC/DC converters.
