PUUPx Series Ultra Fast Recovery Rectifiers

Taiwan Semiconductor PUUPx Series Ultra Fast Recovery Rectifiers are AEC-Q101 qualified planar technology rectifiers with a reverse recovery time of 25ns. The PUUPx Rectifiers are available in 100V and 200V voltage ratings, with a forward current range from 3A to 6A. These planar devices offer low power loss and high efficiency in a low-profile TO-277A package with wettable flanks, ideal for automated placement. The package also features wettable flanks, enabling automated optical inspection and increasing reliability.
