The BAV diodes' molding compound meets UL 94V-0 flammability rating. These diodes are RoHS-compliant and Halogen-free. The BAV diodes are used in Switching Mode Power Supplies (SMPS), adapters, on-board DC/DC converters, and lighting applications.
