Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) Connectors

TE Connectivity's Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) Connectors are based on a flex-to-board 0.5mm pitch connector systems with 0.5A maximum current. These connectors are built using phosphor bronze base material and gold plating for the mating area. The ZIF connectors use an actuator (ZIF) or friction (non-ZIF) to secure the flex cable and provide added retention. These connectors (ZIF or non-ZIF) have hight angle orientation and surface mount orientation. The ZIF connectors operate at -40°C to 85°C temperature range. These connectors function with 30°C maximum rising temperature and 50V_ACrms. The ZIF connectors also offer design flexibility, durability, tactile feel, and assembly efficiency. These connectors are ideal for use in LC displays, tablets, cameras, GPS devices, disk drives, and medical equipment.
