TE Connectivity's ERNI MaxiBridge QT 2.54mm Pitch Cable Connector System is comprised of single and dual-row connectors with tin-plated contacts, high current carrying capacity (up to 7A per contact), and high reliability. The safety-oriented, MaxiBridge QT connectors feature primary and secondary locking of the female contacts in the housing. TE Connectivity's ERNI MaxiBridge QT 2.54mm Connector Systems are designed for use in demanding, space-saving board-to-wire applications, industrial automation, and automotive applications.

MaxiBridge 2.54mm Connectors

TE Connectivity's (TE) / ERNI MaxiBridge 2.54mm Single- and Dual-Row Connectors are ideal for saving premium space between PCBs and decentral units, front-plate elements, motors, and fans. The ERNI MaxiBridge solution includes connectors and cable assemblies and is used in automotive, industrial, medical, and lighting technologies. This product family features vertical and right-angle male / female connectors with low z-height and cable assemblies with a versatile 180° cable outlet and a wire range from 26AWG to 18AWG. The crimp contacts are secured twice for a high retention force. TE Connectivity's ERNI MaxiBridge 2.54mm Single- and Dual-Row Connectors are coded, plus color-coded and blocking forces guard against mismating. The locking system prevents contacts from loosening due to vibration and can be manually released without tools.
