2D Crimp Amplivar Splices

TE Connectivity's (TE) D Crimp Amplivar Splices are a magnet wire splice solution that is easy to use and that can simplify inventory and manufacturing processes at the same time. The 2D AMPLIVAR splices are offered in pigtail and through types that can be used with stranded, solid copper, or aluminium magnet wire (3 magnet wires max.) in various sizes and combinations. TE's 2D crimp technology allows the use of one splice and a single adjustable applicator across many different wire sizes (600CMA to 7000CMA). This translates to only 1 splice part number encompassing the entire range. The lower number of required parts and applicators significantly reduces the complexity of design-in, assembly, procurement, and inventory management.
