Inductors

TDK Inductors are manufactured using state-of-the-art multilayer processing technologies, wire-winding technology, or thin-film technologies. TDK's unique multilayer processing technology provides higher inductance and Q characteristics as well as further miniaturisation. AEC-Q200 TFM-ALVA Thin Film Power Inductors

TDK AEC-Q200 TFM-ALVA Thin Film Metal Power Inductors are AEC-Q200 compliant and offer a 40V rating that emphasizes voltage resistance. These inductors feature excellent mounting stability characteristics due to a unique terminal structure. TDK AEC-Q200 TFM-ALVA Inductors have an operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. The inductors offer 2520 and 3225 case sizes and an inductance range of 1µH to 10µH with ±20% tolerance. The TFM-ALVA series is ideal for automotive applications.

Automotive Inductors

TDK Automotive Inductors are designed for a wide range of applications. These automotive applications include tire pressure monitoring systems, BLUETOOTH® connectivity systems, car navigation, power steering, in-vehicle electronic control units, advanced driver assistance systems, and more. TFM Thin Film Metal Inductors for Power Circuits

TDK TFM Thin Film Metal Inductors for Power Circuits are miniature, low-profile thin-film metal power inductors with up to twice the rated current and half the DC resistance of comparable ferrite inductors. The inductors feature inductances ranging from 0.47μH to 2.2μH and rated currents from 0.8A to 5.1A, offering a wide selection for various needs. TDK TFM Thin Film Metal Inductors for Power Circuits are high-rated current, small-footprint, low-profile inductors well-suited for use in the DC-DC converters that serve as power supplies in smartphones, tablet PCs, and mobile devices.
