NTCG SMD NTC Thermistors

TDK NTCG SMD Negative Temperature Coefficient Thermistors provide a wide range of resistances and B constants with high stability of resistance values after soldering. The 0603, 1005, 1608, and 2012 sizes provide identical resistance-temperature characteristics. TDK NTCG SMD Negative Temperature Coefficient Thermistors use lead-less terminal electrodes and electroplating (Ni-Sn) to provide excellent solderability and soldering heat resistance. Typical applications include temperature sensors and temperature compensation.

Automotive Circuit Protection

TDK’s portfolio of automotive circuit protection devices includes AVR series chip varistors for voltage protection and NTC thermistors for temperature protection. AVR varistors protect against electrostatic discharge (ESD), voltage surges in power supplies from lightning, and systems for power generation and distribution.
