MHQ0603P Automotive Fixed Inductors

TDK MHQ0603P Automotive Fixed Inductors are multilayer ceramic inductors for high-frequency circuits. These inductors feature unique ceramic material and configuration that provides the realization of high Q characteristics equivalent to that of air core wound inductors. The AEC-Q200 qualified MHQ0603P series fixed inductors are manufactured using A multilayer method that allows for a lineup with fine increments of inductance. These high Q inductors are an addition to the family of a successful MHQ-P Series. TDK MHQ0603P Automotive Fixed Inductors applications include automotive equipment, smartphones, tablet terminals, high-frequency modules (PAs, VCOs, FEMs), BLUETOOTH®, WLAN, tuners, and other high-frequency circuits for the mobile communication industry.

High-Frequency Inductors

TDK High-Frequency Inductors use unique ceramic material and configuration to realize high Q characteristics that are equivalent to that of air core wound inductors. The multilayer method allows for a lineup with fine increments of inductance. These characteristics make TDK High-Frequency Inductors ideal for impedance matching circuits and mobile communication applications as well as the removal of noise in high frequency situations.
