KLZ-HR Soft Termination Automotive Inductors

TDK KLZ-HR Automotive Inductors feature innovative soft termination technology to offer high reliability under harsh conditions at temperatures up to 150ºC. The series is AEC-Q200 qualified and offers a compact size and robustness for demanding automotive applications. These multilayer inductors for decoupling circuits with soft termination serve engine control modules, in-vehicle electronic control units, and advanced driver assistance systems. The external electrodes of the TDK KLZ‐HR inductors feature a conductive resin layer for protection against board flexure and solder cracks due to mechanical stress during mounting and thermal shock during operation.

Inductors

TDK Inductors are manufactured using state-of-the-art multilayer processing technologies, wire-winding technology, or thin-film technologies. TDK's unique multilayer processing technology provides higher inductance and Q characteristics as well as further miniaturisation. The portfolio includes a wide spectrum of filters, SMT inductors, power inductors, transponder coils and line reactors. These components are designed for use in high-frequency, signal, and power circuits. Signal Inductors
