The product line also offers Edge Plated Castellation (EPC) pads for easy inspection of solder joints. Four series comprise the product family, iCF: 3A/16.5W, iCG: 6A/33W, iBF: 12A/66W, and iAF: 20A/110W. Constant switching frequency of 600 kHz enable a low noise profile and easy EMI filtering.
