0.22µF to 1µF +125°C AEC-Q200 MLCCs

TAIYO YUDEN 0.22µF to 1µF +125°C AEC-Q200 Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) offer longer lifetimes and lower failure rates to support applications requiring high reliability. The higher capacitance values in smaller package sizes (0402 and 0603) allow component downsizing to reduce circuit board space consumption. These MLCCs are manufactured with TAIYO YUDEN raw materials and micro-fabrication technology. TAIYO YUDEN 0.22µF to 1µF +125°C AEC-Q200 MLCCs feature nickel and copper external electrodes and a plating structure to improve soldering heat resistance. Applications include automotive powertrain and safety, power supply bypass capacitors, and smoothing capacitors.

Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors

TAIYO YUDEN Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors are designed utilizing innovative materials and thinning sheet technologies. This material technology enables process control at the particle level, increasing the number of layers needed to realize higher capacity while reducing size. The thickness of each layer in the multilayer ceramic capacitor family is only 0.6μm at the slimmest point, and the number of layers reaches 1000 at maximum. These MLCCs are aimed at high-performance digital devices such as smartphones, tablet PCs, TVs, power supplies, general digital circuits, DC/DC converters, AEC-Q200-compliant MLCCs, and automotive applications.
