SI825 Isolated Gate Drivers

Skyworks Solutions Inc. SI825 Isolated Gate Drivers combine two isolated drivers into a single package for high-power applications. The drivers operate with a 4.5V to 20V input VDD and a maximum drive supply voltage of 30V. The Si825 is ideal for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs for a wide variety of switched power and motor control applications. The drivers support up to 5kVRMS for 1-minute isolation voltage and enable high CMTI (125kV/µs). They also lower prop delays and skew, reduced variation with temperature and age, and tighter part-to-part matching.
