Si4355 RF Receivers

Silicon Labs Si4355 RF Receivers are easy-to-use, low-current, sub-GHz EZRadio® receivers. Covering all major bands, it combines plug-and-play simplicity with the flexibility needed to handle a wide variety of applications. The compact 3mm x 3mm package size combined with a low external BOM count makes the Si4355 both space-efficient and cost-effective. The excellent sensitivity of -116dBm allows for a longer operating range, while the low-current consumption of 10mA active and 50nA standby provides for superior battery life. By fully integrating all components from the antenna to the GPIO or SPI interface to the MCU, the Si4355 brings the best performance. Design simplicity is further exemplified in the Wireless Development Suite (WDS) user interface module. This configuration module provides simplified programming options for a broad range of applications in an easy-to-use format that results in both faster and lower-risk development. Like all Silicon Laboratories' EZRadio devices, the Si4355 is fully compliant with all worldwide regulatory standards like FCC, ETSI, and ARIB.

EZRadio® ISM Band ICs

Silicon Labs EZRadio® family of fully integrated, low-power, low-data-rate, cost-effective wireless ICs are designed to meet the needs of OEMs developing ISM applications for the consumer, industrial and automotive markets. The EZRadio ISM band receivers and transmitters target one-way wireless link applications such as remote keyless entry (RKE), garage door openers, remote controls, home automation, and security devices. Silicon Labs has expanded its EZRadio family of ISM Band ICs with a new Sub-GHz Receiver (Si4355), Transceiver (Si4455), and development kits.
