SiT8021 Ultra-Small µPower Clock Oscillators

SiTime SiT8021 Ultra-Small µPower Clock Oscillators use an ultra-small 1.5mm x 0.8mm package to deliver 1MHz to 26MHz with six decimal places of accuracy. With 0.1mW of active power consumption at 3.072MHz, these µPower oscillators give longer battery life to devices when compared to quartz-based oscillators. The SiTime clock oscillators feature frequency stability as low as ±100ppm and a programmable output drive to handle EMI or drive multiple loads. SiT8021 ultra-small µ-power clock oscillators are ideal for portable devices requiring long battery life including tablets, IoT devices, and medical/wearable technology.
