SFM3200 Medical Digital Flow Meters

Sensirion SFM3200 Medical Digital Flow Meters are designed for high-volume applications to accurately measure the flow rate of air, oxygen, and non-aggressive gases. These meters offer a flow range of up to 250 standard liters per minute (SLM) and a bidirectional measurement mode. The SFM3200 flow meters feature a fifth-generation silicon sensor chip that contains an amplifier, A/D converter, EEPROM memory, digital signal processing circuitry, and interface. Sensirion's patented CMOSens® technology improves the performance of the sensor by combining sensor elements, signal processing, and digital calibration on a single microchip. The SFM3200 Medical Digital Flow Meters are ideal for use in respiratory measurements, inspiratory flow measurements, ventilation, anesthesia, and drug delivery applications.

These flow meters offer a low-pressure drop with a small dead space. Sensirion SFM Medical Digital Flow Meters deliver ultra-fast update times with high sensitivity. These flow meters offer a bidirectional flow range of -100 standard liters per minute (SLM) to ±250SLM. They feature medical cones for pneumatic connection to standard breathing circuits and a mechanical interface for easy and reliable electrical reconnections. These meters are based on CMOSens® technology, which combines a thermal sensor element, signal processing, and digital calibration on a single microchip for fast signal processing. SFM meters are specifically designed for medical applications such as respiratory, ventilation, anesthesia, and metabolic instruments.
