VN751 High-Side Driver

The STMicroelectronics VN751 high-side driver is a fully protected single switch, high-side driver with a typical RDS(on) of 60mW at 25ºC. The STMicroelectronics VN751 switch has been designed using VIPower MO-3 technology. VN751 has a set minimum current limit of 2.5A, allowing it to drive valves, inductors, and also lamps. The VN751PT (PPAK) is strong enough to drive large inductive loads (up to 2 Henry) at an operating voltage of 24V. These STMicroelectronics high-side drivers feature thermal shutdown, shorted laod protection, and undervoltage and overvoltage shut down.
