These features enable the continuous optimization of performance and post-sale upgrades of vehicle functions. The SR5E1x Stellar E 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M7 Automotive MCUs are available in two variations: a 14mm2 TQFP100 (SR5E1E3) package and a 24mm2 LQFP176 (SR5E1E7) package. Applications include onboard chargers, DC/DC converters, and advanced motor control like traction inverters.
