LCP154DJF Transient Voltage Suppressor

STMicroelectronics LCP154DJF Transient Voltage Suppressor for SLIC Protection is programmable with a wide negative firing voltage range of -175V max. The LCP154DJF is designed to protect high voltage and classical SLICs and against transient overvoltages. Two diodes clamp positive overvoltages with negative surges suppressed by two thyristors. The LCP154DJF complies with ITU-T K20/21/45 and GR1089-Core when associated with Cooper Bussmann Telecom Circuit Protector fuse TCP 1.25A.
