CEV/CZE AEC-Q200 Conductive Polymer Capacitors

Rubycon CEV/CZE AEC-Q200 Conductive Polymer Capacitors feature a high load life of 10,000 hours at +105°C. The capacitors are AEC-Q200 qualified, which is ideal for automotive applications. The capacitors offer a 25VDC to 63VDC rated voltage range, a 10μF to 330μF capacitance range, and a ±20% capacitance tolerance at +20°C, 120Hz. The CEV/CZE series are RoHS compliant and operate within a -55°C to +105°C category temperature range. The Rubycon CEV/CZE AEC-Q200 Conductive Polymer Capacitors are also suitable for power supply, industrial machinery, and lighting applications.
