ISL850x Synchronous Buck Regulators

Renesas Electronics ISL850x Synchronous Buck Regulators offer designers a complete portfolio of devices with high efficiency and reliable performance. These regulators support input voltages of 3.8V to 18V and provide wide output current range. The ISL850x regulators deliver up to 14A of continuous output current to industrial computers and programmable logic controllers. These regulators are integrated with high-side, very low RDS(on) and low-side MOSFETs. The high-efficiency ISL850x devices enable lower die temperatures, allowing systems to operate without cooling fans or heatsinks. The ISL85005/5A regulators are pin-compatible with ISL85003/3A devices, and ISL85014, ISL85012, and ISL85009 regulators address high-load current applications.
