S1JA Synergy Microcontrollers

Renesas Electronics S1JA Synergy Microcontrollers are based on ultra-low 48MHz Arm® Cortex®-M23 core and offer 256KB code flash memory. These MCUs feature a 32KB SRAM, Renesas Synergy Platform, and Capacitive Touch Sensing Unit (CTSU). In addition, the S1JA MCUs also offer 16-bit ADC, 24-bit sigma-delta ADC, 12-bit DAC, 8-bit DAC, and an operational amplifier. The S1JA MCUs operate with a maximum frequency of 48MHz and incorporate CAN, I2C, SPI, and USB interfaces. These MCUs integrate multiple series of software- and pin-compatible Arm®-based 32-bit cores that share a common set of Renesas peripherals. This facilitates design scalability and efficient platform-based development. The S1JA MCUs are available in QFN, LQFP, and BGA packages. These MCUs are well-suited for cost-sensitive and low-power applications.
