RA6 Family Arm® Cortex® Microcontrollers

Renesas Electronics RA6 Family Arm® Cortex® Microcontrollers deliver a comprehensive integration of communication interfaces at a high-performance level. The RA6 MCUs provide up to 200MHz of CPU performance using an Arm Cortex-M4 or M33 core and a memory range from 256KB to 2MB Flash.

RA6M4 32-bit Arm® Microcontrollers

Renesas Electronics RA6M4 32-bit Arm® Microcontrollers are built on a highly efficient 40nm process. These Arm microcontrollers are supported by an open and flexible ecosystem concept called Flexible Software Package (FSP). The FSP uses FreeRTOS as a base and can also be replaced and expanded. Features include 200MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 core with Trustzone, 1MB code flash memory, 256KB SRAM, BGO/SWAP function, and capacitive touch sensing unit. These MCUs are suitable for IoT applications requiring strong security, rich connectivity, and large embedded RAM with parity/ECC and low power consumption.

RA Family Arm® Cortex® Microcontrollers

Renesas Electronics RA Family Arm® Cortex® Microcontrollers are 32-bit MCUs based on the Arm Cortex-M core architecture, with a wide range of integrated system peripheral IPs, making them ideal for next-generation embedded solutions. Each group of RA Series MCUs offers unique features such as the capacitive touch sensing unit (CTSU),  Secure Crypto Engine (SCE) supporting sync/async crypto acceleration, 24-bit analogue-to-digital converter (ADC), and segment or TFT LCD controllers.
