Renesas Electronics FS102x Liquid Flow Sensor Modules are designed to measure liquid flow rate using the thermo-transfer (calorimetric) principle. These Renesas Electronics flow sensors utilize thermopile sensing, providing an excellent signal-to-noise ratio. The flow sensors are designed with a solid thermal isolation technology and silicon-carbide coating. This protects the sensors from abrasive wear and provides robustness and long-term reliability. The flow sensors offer minimal flow resistance, making them highly suitable for gravity-feed applications.
