9FGV100x Programmable PhiClock™ Generators

Renesas Electronics 9FGV100x Programmable PhiClock™ Generators provide copies of the output frequency and the crystal reference input. These clock generators provide two select pins for hardware selection of the desired configuration. The 9FGV100x clock generators also allow easy software selection of the desired configuration through two I2C bits. These clock generators allow the user to configure any one of the four OTP configurations as the default when operating in I2C mode. The PhiClock generators offer four unique I2C addresses, allowing easy access to multiple components. These clock generators operate across a supply voltage range from 1.8V to 3.3V. Typical applications include High-Performance Computing (HPC), storage, 10G/25G ethernet, fiber optic modules, and SSDs.
