DA914x-A Automotive-Grade DC-DC Buck PMICs

Renesas / Dialog DA914x-A Automotive-Grade DC-DC Buck PMICs are high efficiency, high current, dual or quad-phase, step-down DC-DC converter (Buck) PMICs with integrated switching FETs. These devices drive loads up to 20A (DA9142-A model) or 40A (DA9141-A model) and are ideal for powering high-performance IA/graphics processor cores in complex automotive SoCs. Suitable for low voltage systems, the DA914x-A PMICs feature a 2.8V to 5.5V input voltage range and 0.3V to 1.3V output voltage range. The 4.5mm x 7.0mm, 60-pin, FC-BGA packaged DA914x-A PMICs provide a highly optimized BOM, footprint, and "Exact-Fit" power solution. Commercial grade versions are also available (DA9141 and DA 9142).
