Automotive Fast Recovery Diodes

ROHM Automotive Fast Recovery Diodes are AEC-Q101-qualified diodes with ultra high-speeds suitable for general rectification. These diodes offer a reverse voltage range between 100V to 600V and 0.5A to 20A average rectified current forward range. The Automotive Fast Recovery Diodes feature a 0.92V to 2.8V low forward voltage range and provide a reduction of switching losses. These diodes are available in TO-252, PMDTM, TUMD2M, TO-263S (D2PAK), and SOD-323 packages.
