Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) Resonators

RFMi Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) Resonators are highly reliable SMT resonators, designed for high performance in a 30MHz to 3.7GHz frequency range. The resonators operate within LTE, ISM, GPS, and GNSS frequency bands and offer low resistance ratings. The compact resonators provide a hermetically sealed ceramic package and quartz frequency stabilization. The RFMi SAW Resonators are RoHS compliant, AEC-Q200 qualified, and made in IATF16949-certified factories. The resonators also support PPAP for automotive applications. Typical applications include telecom infrastructure, access points/terminals, industrial and consumer Internet of Things (IoT), and medical.
