RECOM Power ROF-78E modules are cost-effective and feature castellated connections with short circuit protection. These non-isolated power modules offer an efficiency of up to 92%, a 3.3V to 12V output voltage range, and a 500mA output current.

RECOM Power SMD Isolated Power Modules provide flexible gate drive bias voltages, ensuring high efficiency and system reliability. These isolated modules offer multiple input ranges depending on the selected variant and temperature range. Each part features two fully regulated outputs that can be user-programmed as asymmetric positive and negative values or as a single positive or negative value to meet requirements for various gate drive voltages. Additional features include various protections, such as input undervoltage and overvoltage lockout, overtemperature, output overload, undervoltage, and overvoltage.
