TGP2109 Phase Shifter

Qorvo TGP2109 and TGP2109-SM 6-bit Phase Shifters operate over 8GHz to 12GHz and provide 360° of phase coverage. These shifters have an LSB of 5.625° and achieve a low RMS phase error of 4° with 5dB of insertion loss. Qorvo TGP2109 and TGP2109-SM 6-bit Phase Shifters are ideal for a variety of x-band phased array applications, including commercial and military radars and phase array communication systems.
