Qorvo QPF4609E Wi-Fi^® 7 Front End Module is an integrated front-end module (FEM) designed for Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) systems. The small form factor and integrated matching minimize layout area in the application. Performance optimizes the PA for a 5V supply voltage, minimizing power consumption to enable systems that use digital predistortion to achieve the highest linear output power and leading-edge RF chain throughput. This is done across a wide bandwidth, enabling operation across all UNII channels from UNII5 to UNII8 (5.925GHz to 7.125GHz).
