QPB8896 Amplifier ICs

Qorvo QPB8896 Amplifier ICs are GaAs pHEMT RF balanced amplifier ICs that operate as a return path amplifier capable of supporting FDx and DOCSIS 3.1 applications. The QPB8896 amplifier ICs are designed to provide a low-noise, high-gain operation for 5MHz to 700MHz interfaces. These amplifier ICs use a 5V power supply to provide lower power dissipation. The Qorvo QPB8896 Amplifier ICs operate at -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
