QPA9909 4W High-Efficiency Amplifier

Qorvo QPA9909 4W High-Efficiency Amplifier is a linearizable power amplifier IC optimized for 758MHz to 798MHz small-cell wireless infrastructure systems. The QPA9909 delivers 37.7% efficiency at an average output power of +29dBm while providing excellent DPD linearized ACPR of -52dBc for signal bandwidths of up to 40MHz.
