Qspeed™ Advanced Diodes

Power Integrations Qspeed™ Advanced Diodes combine an extremely low reverse recovery charge (Q_RR) with a very soft recovery waveform. Together, these features help designers improve the performance of their power conversion circuits. Three versions are currently available. The H-Series features the lowest switching loss which provides the highest efficiency. The Q-Series has the highest softness that provides the lowest EMI. The X-Series offers the lowest cost which gives designers the BOM cost reductions they might be looking for.

Qspeed Semiconductor Dual Diode X-Series Rectifiers

Qspeed Semiconductor LXA16T600C, LXA12T600C, and LXA08T600C Dual Diode X-Series rectifiers satisfy the emerging marketplace for Interleaved and Bridgeless Power Factor Correction Boost converters. These Dual Diode X-Series rectifiers give extremely low switching loss in a single package that will replace two diodes from other manufacturers with higher performance and lower device and manufacturing cost. The reduced component count will also increase quality and reliability. Qspeed Semiconductor Dual Diode X-Series rectifiers are available in dual 4A, dual 6A, and dual 8A versions covering power ranges from 200-1200W in a single package.
