The InnoSwitch3-Series ICs offer ease of use in developing and manufacturing low-voltage, high-current power supplies.

InnoSwitch™3-AQ Switcher ICs

Power Integrations InnoSwitch™3-AQ Switcher ICs are CV/CC QR Flyback Switcher ICs integrated with 750V/900V/1700V switch and FluxLink™ feedback. These switcher ICs combine primary controllers, secondary controllers, and safety-rated feedback into a single IC. The InnoSwitch3-AQ switches offer protection features such as line over- and under-voltage protection, output over-voltage and over-current limiting, and over-temperature shutdown. These switcher ICs incorporate up to 95% efficiency across the full load range, <15mW no-load input power, and 30V to >1000VDC wide input voltage range. Typical applications include traction inverter emergency power supply, high-voltage to low-voltage DC to DC converters, battery management systems, and onboard chargers.
