Power Integrations SCALE-2 Plug-and-Play Drivers are complete, ready to use, and tightly matched to a specific device. The drivers cover a large selection of high-power and high-voltage IGBT modules. This includes reverse voltages from 1200V to 6500V. The drivers are equipped with DC/DC converters, short-circuit protection, active clamping, supply monitoring, and more. Power Integrations Scale-2 Plug-and-Play Drivers are stand-alone products; they are not related to the Scale-2+ or Scale-2 driver ICs.

Power Integrations 2SP0115T2A0-06 Dual Channel IGBT Driver is a compact high-performance, plug-and-play device based on SCALE™-2 technology for individual and parallel connected modules. 2SP0115T2A0-06 is designed for 600V 17mm dual IGBT modules. This device has an electrical interface with a built-in DC/DC power supply. The driver has turn-on and turn-off gate resistors of both channels that are not assembled to provide maximum flexibility.
