Automotive & High-Reliability E-Type TVS

PANJIT Automotive and High-Reliability E-Type Transient Voltage Suppressors (TVS) incorporate Epitaxial (EPI) planar wafer process technology with high surge, low VC, and ultra-low IR characteristics. These products feature oxide planar chip junction, high-temperature soldering, and excellent clamping capabilities in ultra-thin profile packages for space-constrained utilization. These products are available in 150W to 600W of power range and use four low-profile package types, such as SOD-123FL, SOD-123HE, SOD-323HE, and SMAF-C. These E-Type TVS devices meet the AEC-Q101 standards and are suitable for automotive applications as well as other applications including consumer electronics, wearable devices, and household appliances.
