Panasonic has expanded the ERZ-E Series ZNR® Transient/Surge Absorber product line with smaller sizes that deliver the same current and voltage ratings as the larger versions.  New sizes available include 5mm (ERZ-E5 series), 7mm (ERZ-E7 series), 8mm (ERZ-E8 series), and 11mm (ERZ-E11 series).

Panasonic Electronic Components' ERZ-E14 ZNR® Transient/Surge Absorber Series (Metal Oxide Varistors) is the newest addition to the ZNR® product line that consists of devices used to protect electronic equipment against voltage surges and save board space and cost. The ERZ-E14 Series ZNR® Transient/Surge Absorber from Panasonic Electronic Components offers the same outstanding ZNR® performance as its 20mm counterparts, but in a smaller 14mm size. Features of ERZ-E14 Series ZNR® Transient/Surge Absorbers include exceptional ability to withstand surge current in a compact size, energy handling capability, voltage range from 200V to 1100V, compliance to UL and VDE standards, and RoHS compliance. The ERZ-E14 Series is also a drop-in replacement for Panasonic's ERZ-V20Dxx series parts.
