Panasonic HD Series SMD Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors offer an endurance of 5000 hours at +105°C, AEC-Q200 qualification, and RoHS compliance. The HD series has a rated working voltage range of 6.3VDC to 35VDC. Other features from these Panasonic capacitors include a capacitance range of 680μF to 7500μF with ±20% capacitance tolerance (120Hz / +20°C) and an operating temperature range of –55°C to +105°C.
