POSCAP Tantalum Polymer Solid Capacitors

Panasonic POSCAP Tantalum Polymer Solid Capacitors achieve stable capacitance at high frequency and temperature, and low ESR/ESL. Available in several series that include solid electrolyte chip capacitors, the product line utilizes a sintered tantalum anode and a proprietary high-conductivity polymer for a cathode. This construction and processing design yields low ESR levels and reliable performance in high-frequency applications. The capacitors offer a voltage range of 2VDC to 35VDC and a capacitance range of 3.9µF to 1500µF. Panasonic POSCAP capacitors also feature high reliability, heat resistance, and volumetric capacitance efficiency. They are available in a variety of compact sizes, making them ideal for digital applications, high-frequency devices, and more.

POSCAP TPS Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitors

Panasonic POSCAP TPS Conductive Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitors feature a small size with a low profile, measuring only 3.5mm x 2.8mm x 1.2mm. The series is designed with a facedown terminal structure to accommodate size-sensitive applications. The devices provide large capacitance with a 150μF to 330μF capacitance range and ±20% capacitance tolerance. The capacitors offer a rated voltage range of 2.5VDC to 6.3VDC, 2000 hours of endurance at 105°C, and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +105°C. Panasonic POSCAP TPS Conductive Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitors are designed for use in electronics circuits such as audio/visual equipment, home appliances, computers and other office equipment, optical equipment, and measuring equipment.
