POSCAP™ TQS Tantalum Polymer Solid Capacitors

Panasonic Electronic Components POSCAP™ TQS Conductive Tantalum Polymer Solid Capacitors utilize a sintered tantalum anode and a proprietary high-conductivity polymer for a cathode, resulting in low equivalent series resistance (ESR). The TQS series offers 100mΩ maximum ESR, 47µF and 68µF capacitance, and 35V rated voltage. These chip capacitors provide a safe alternative to generic tantalum capacitors and are high-temperature reflow solder capable. The surface-mount chip devices are available in a 7.3mm x 4.3mm footprint with a height of 1.4mm or 1.9mm and a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C. Panasonic Electronic Components POSCAP TQS Conductive Tantalum Polymer Solid Capacitors demonstrate high reliability and heat resistance, making them ideal for data centers, digital and high-frequency devices, SSDs, and networks.

POSCAP Tantalum Polymer Solid Capacitors

Panasonic POSCAP Tantalum Polymer Solid Capacitors achieve stable capacitance at high frequency and temperature, and low ESR/ESL. Available in several series that include solid electrolyte chip capacitors, the product line utilizes a sintered tantalum anode and a proprietary high-conductivity polymer for a cathode. This construction and processing design yields low ESR levels and reliable performance in high-frequency applications. The capacitors offer a voltage range of 2VDC to 35VDC and a capacitance range of 3.9µF to 1500µF. Panasonic POSCAP capacitors also feature high reliability, heat resistance, and volumetric capacitance efficiency. They are available in a variety of compact sizes, making them ideal for digital applications, high-frequency devices, and more.
