TDS Self-Clinching TY-D® Cable Tie-Mounts

PEM TDS Self-Clinching TY-D® Cable Tie-Mounts provide secure metal attachment points for mounting wires to electronic chassis and enclosures. These durable mounts install quickly and permanently without the need for screws or adhesives, which can degrade over time due to temperature changes. The TDS type tie-mounts ensure flush panel installation, avoiding protrusions on the reverse side and reducing dirt/dust contamination, electromagnetic interference (EMI), and radio frequency interference (RFI). PEM TDS Self-Clinching TY-D Cable Tie-Mounts enable precise placement at designed locations and angles, remaining secure throughout the assembly lifespan. The TDS mounts are made from 17-4 stainless steel, offering a reliable improvement over traditional mounting methods.

Datacom/Telecom (SSR)

PEM Datacom/Telecom (SSR) provides innovative solutions to fit today's demanding communication/transmission needs. PEM fastening products have a smaller footprint than traditional fasteners, making them ideally suited for smaller applications, and fewer components mean less scrap waste as well as faster installation. These fasteners are manufactured in PEM's Clean Lab, which uses sophisticated cleaning and testing processes to meet ISO 16232 and VDA 19 standards. PEM Datacom/Telecom (SSR) features a range of fasteners, including self-clinching nuts, self-clinching standoffs/spacers, and cable-mounting accessories. Typical applications are servers, switches, and routers to 5G network infrastructure and data centers.
