HFH/HFHS/HFHB Heavy-Duty Studs

PEM HFH/HFHS/HFHB Heavy-Duty Studs are easy-to-install self-clinching studs with heat-treated carbon steel as fastener material. These studs can be installed by placing them in properly sized holes in the sheets (steel/aluminum/copper) and squeezing them into place with a standard press. The squeezing action embeds the studs' head into the sheet, and the metal displaced by the head flows around the ribs and into the annular groove. This process creates a flushhead assembly and securely locks the studs into the sheet with high pushout resistances and torque-out. These HFH/HFHS/HFHB studs are used in applications such as automotive, aerospace, datacom, medical, telecom, commercial vehicles, and electric vehicle chargers.
