D2FP Ultra Subminiature Basic Switches

Omron Electronics D2FP Ultra Subminiature Basic Switches are optical switches designed for operations with rapid response and high reliability. The high reliability of the switches is achieved by improved resistance against environmental change. These switches feature rapid and chattering-free responses due to contactless operation using photosensors. The D2FP switches operate at 1mm/s to 500mm/s speed, 100nA output dark current at V_CE=10V, and 70,000,000 operations minimum (@300 ops./1 min.). These switches are easily mounted and achieved by integrating the sensors inside the switch.
