Current Sense Resistors

Ohmite Current Sense Resistors are available in many popular sizes and packages. These resistors are used to monitor current in a circuit via a voltage drop and control circuit. Current sense resistors are characterized by low values to minimize power consumption. Ohmite produces current sense resistors with TCR values as low as 40ppm, resistance as low as 0.0005Ω, tolerances down to 0.5%, and a wide range of mounting options from SMD to SOT-227 heat sinkable. Power dissipation ranges from 0.125W to 100W in the SOT package.

RW1/RW2 Four-Terminal Current Resistors

Ohmite RW1/RW2 SMT Four-Terminal Current Sense Resistors feature extremely low resistance of 5mΩ to 50mΩ. These resistors offer high precision tolerance and low TCR of ±50ppm/°C. The modules come in a flameproof UL 94V-0 black body with white markings. Ohmite RW1/RW2 SMT Four-Terminal Current Sense Resistors operate in a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
